Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers about how we protect your ideas, what you need to provide to get started, our manufacturing capabilities, and how we price custom projects.

Is our design protected if we share it with you?

Yes, absolutely. We treat your intellectual property with complete confidentiality and integrity. We are more than happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any concepts, CAD files, or sketches with our team.

What do I need to prepare before starting a project?

You do not need finished technical drawings to work with us. Send over any files, rough sketches, or simply an idea written down. We can work with any level of detail, no matter how basic, and guide it through design and prototyping to full manufacture.

What materials do you work with?

We specialise in laser cutting and manufacturing with steel and aluminium, alongside rapid prototyping using modern 3D printing polymers. We work with virtually any material thanks to our close network of specialist partners, ensuring the right fit for your application.

How long does a typical project take and how is pricing determined?

Every job is unique. Project timelines depend on the complexity of design, prototyping iterations, and material sourcing. We always strive to produce the best possible product at the most cost-effective price while maintaining top-tier British manufacturing quality.

Do you have minimum order quantities or size limits?

No, we have no strict minimum order quantities. We regularly produce one-off bespoke prototypes as well as small-to-medium production runs. We evaluate size and volume constraints on a per-project basis to find the most practical manufacturing solution.

How does the design and manufacturing process work from start to finish?

We begin with your initial brief or sketch, move into 3D CAD modelling and rapid prototyping, refine the design based on your feedback, and then carry out final fabrication using laser cutting, metal forming, or additive manufacturing.
